Win Lifts Seafarers to 15-12
The Lisbon Seafarers dumped the Sicily Mafia, 8-7, in large part due to center fielder Yukio Kotani. On the day, Kotani was 3 for 5 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Seafarers. Camden Fenton got credit for the win, improving to 2-3. He allowed 5 runs on 9 hits in 5 innings. Rudolph Morgenstern earned the save, his 6th, for the Seafarers.

Lisbon used the hitting of Sander Punter to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Seafarers on top, 3-0. For the game, Punter had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said Sicily manager Dan Danielson. "The effort was great."
