Behind an impressive start by Josh Harmon, Paris beat New York, 4-1. In 8.1 innings, Harmon surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. The loss makes New York 11-18.
Paris first baseman Jesus Medina helped the Lions go up, 2-1, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Medina hit a run-scoring single off New York pitcher Bobby Stamper.
"Josh gave us a heck of an effort," said Paris manager Dan Danielson.
