The Lisbon Seafarers grabbed a win, 5-4, over the New York Skyliners at Skyliners Stadium. Lisbon first baseman Eric Snow went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Griff Murphy went 8 innings, allowing 4 runs on 6 hits. The right-hander, who is tied for 5th in the TOBA in strikeouts with 41, struck out 4 and walked 4. With the win, he's now 6-1 this season. The Seafarers bumped their record to 19-17 with this latest triumph.

Snow got the Seafarers off to a quick start. In the top of the first, with a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single.

Lisbon manager Dan Danielson was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys played hard, they played all the way through," he said.
