The Paris Lions beat the Sicily Mafia, 10-8, at Paris Municipal Park. The win was due in part to center fielder Romain Larue, who went 4 for 5 with a home run, a triple, and 2 singles, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. Today's win puts Paris at 16-21, while Sicily falls to 14-23.

A key moment came with two out in the bottom of the first. That's when Larue hit a sinker from Pippo Ammanati for a 2-run single, putting Paris up, 2-0.
