Frost Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Iceland
|
Parker Frost kept the Iceland Aurora hitters from doing much damage at Paris Municipal Park.
Iceland could only muster 3 hits and draw 4 walks against the left-handed Frost, who controlled them throughout the game. Paris won the contest, 2-0. Frost added 9 strikeouts in his complete-game effort.
"I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Frost told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time."
