The Providence Anglers downed the New York Skyliners, 13-6, the largest share of the credit belonging to left fielder Quentin Baker. On the day, Baker went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Anglers. The loss makes New York 14-24.

With two out in the bottom of the third, You-yi Zhào put Providence in front, 4-2, with a 2-run single. The Anglers went on to win the ballgame.
