Skyliners Blank Sicily, Kok Winner
New York Skyliners starter Jessy Kok really did a number on the Sicily Mafia, shutting them out, 3-0, on 4 hits in a complete game victory. He issued 2 walks and had 6 strikeouts.

"We didn't have good at-bats," said Sicily manager Dan Danielson. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Kok."

On his stats sheet for the year Kok shows a 5-7 record, 15 starts, 110.2 innings, 57 strikeouts and a 3.74 ERA.
