Miguel Figueroa was a vital contributor to the 9-3 Paris victory over Iceland. The Lions catcher slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice. Josh Harmon, who is tied for 4th in the TOBA in complete games with 3, was the winning pitcher. Over 8 innings, he allowed 3 runs on 8 hits, with 3 walks and 2 strikeouts. With Paris leading 3-2 in the bottom of the sixth, Figueroa hit a sinker from John Hahn for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Lions ahead, 7-2.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Figueroa told the Paris Herald.
