Mobile Beaten, 8-6, by Iceland
The Iceland Aurora trumped the Mobile Monsters, 8-6, at Aurora Field. Iceland shortstop Bryan Cook was terrific. He was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The triumph puts Iceland at 28-23 for the season.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Cook hit a fastball from Tomohisa Okuhara for a 2-run home run. The Aurora, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Winning in the last at-bat, there's nothing else like it," said Cook.
