The Lisbon Seafarers had to overcome a big game from New York third baseman Joe Brewer to leave Seafarers Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 6-4. Brewer went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Elliot Martin earned the save, his 4th, for the Seafarers. With the victory, the Seafarers upped their record to 32-23.

The Seafarers got a big at-bat from catcher Loflinger Schneider. For the game, Schneider went 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Lisbon a 4-3 lead.

Lisbon manager Dan Danielson called it "a good, solid win."
