Skyliners second baseman Mike O'Shea left his mark on his team's 10-3 win over the Lisbon Seafarers. O'Shea, who is tied for 4th in the TOBA in total bases with 116, was 1-2 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for New York in the contest. Jessy Kok earned the win for New York. He lasted 7 innings, allowing 3 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 5. With the win, he raised his record to 10-3. The Skyliners improved their record to 33-23 with the win over Lisbon.

With New York leading 1-0 in the top of the third, O'Shea hit a fastball from Fjodor Semchenko for a 2-run home run. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Skyliners ahead, 3-0.
