Though he had a terrific game, Salvatorio Tartaglia could not prevent his team, the Sicily Mafia, from absorbing a loss. Paris won the game, 5-4. Tartaglia was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. It could have been a different outcome for Paris, had it not been for Sal Mojica, the two-time All-Star . Mojica contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the first inning to put Paris up, 1-0.
