McCrery Helps Iceland Cruise to 11-3 Win
The Iceland Aurora clobbered the Paris Lions, 11-3, at Paris Municipal Park. Leading the onslaught was Josh McCrery. He was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for Iceland. Jim Meagher, the winner, improved to 6-8. He held the Lions to 2 runs on 5 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 3 and walking 4. The triumph puts Iceland at 36-34 for the season.

Caesar Friis-Knutzen helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run single to give Iceland a 2-0 lead.
