Suns Need Extra Innings to Top Dark Knights, 9-7
Harb bin Latif led the charge as the Seoul Suns defeated the Lunar Dark Knights, 9-7, in 10 innings at Lumineers Grounds. bin Latif, who is on pace to hit 16 home runs this season, went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. The winner in relief was Matt Cook. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. He now owns a record of 2-0. Kaipo Keola got the save, the 19th for him this season.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until bin Latif delivered big-time for Seoul, stroking a dramatic 2-run double off Chris Pittman. The game-changing hit put the Suns on top, 9-7.

"It's always great to put the barrel on the ball and contribute," said bin Latif.

With the victory, the Suns upped their record to 36-24.
