The Mobile Monsters grabbed a win, 15-6, over the New York Skyliners at Skyliners Stadium. Mobile left fielder Baltesar Tracy was 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Jack Adams, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-1. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 4.1 innings. The win lifted the Mobile record to 43-32.

With Mobile trailing 1-0 in the top of the second, Tracy hit a cutter from Bobby Stamper for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Monsters ahead, 3-1.

"There's losing your stroke and finding your stroke," said Tracy. "I guess I've found mine."
