Nebula Dump Lunar, 7-2, to Win 4th in a Row
|
New York Nebula starter Su-chang Choi found his groove in his team's 7-2 win over the Lunar Dark Knights. In 7 innings, Choi surrendered 2 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 6. He allowed 2 runs. Justin Erskine, credited with the save, is now 2 for 3 in save opportunities.
The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Justin Erskine didn't flinch. With the bases loaded and Lunar trailing 3-2, Erskine retired Alex Cardenas to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Erskine, with a wink.
The first-place Nebula have won 4 straight games.
