Good production from left fielder Djakapura Ekewaka helped the Seoul Suns topple the Keiper Krakens, 8-5. Ekewaka was 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs for the Suns. The triumph puts Seoul at 40-26 for the season.

Seoul used the timely hitting of Ewan Callaghan to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Suns on top, 7-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

Ekewaka told a Seoul Daily News reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
