This is the time of the baseball season when grown men are reduced to tears. This year, the Podgorica Penguins were shedding tears of joy and the Ljubljana Tigers those of sorrow.

The Penguins topped the Tigers today 7-1 at Detroit Grounds and locked up their 2nd Yugoball Yugo Classic championship, winning the series 4-2.

"To come this far and leave empty-handed is not easy," said Ljubljana manager .

The Penguins finished the regular season in the Yugoball with a 31-21 record, ending up in second place in the division standings.
