Keereweer 5-for-6 for The Netherlands
5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but The Netherlands's Darrell Keereweer made it happen against the Ukraine. Everything came together at the plate for the 18-year-old catcher as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and helped the The Netherlands triumph, 16-3, at Toronto Grounds.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Keereweer said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Darrell Keereweer flied out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Vyacheslav Mytnikov in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

For the season, Keereweer is currently batting .381 with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs. In 5 games he has reached base at a .435 rate and scored 6 runs to date.
