Alexis Petito of the Sicily Mafia was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Newfoundland Labradors, 6-0.
"He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Sicily manager Dan Danielson said later. "When Alexis does that, good things happen."
The left-hander had 6 strikeouts, 2 walks and allowed 6 hits in the win.
