Paris Downs Iceland, 6-2
Paris registered a win at Paris Municipal Park by beating the Iceland Aurora, 6-2. Pitcher Josh Harmon was one reason why the Lions triumphed. The win puts Paris at 8-5.

The Lions got a big at-bat from right fielder Harry Cook. For the game, Cook went 1 for 3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the second, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Paris a 3-1 lead.

"The key at this level is throwing strike one," said Harmon. "Successful pitchers do it."
