Seafarers Stadium was the site of a competitive game between the Lisbon Seafarers and New York Skyliners.

The New York Skyliners earned a win at Seafarers Stadium, stopping the Lisbon Seafarers, 3-1. Starting pitcher Matt Heydt played a big role in his team's success. Heydt, now 1-3, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 4, walking 4, and allowing 1 run. Mike Butler recorded the save for New York, his 1st of the season.

New York used a well-timed hit by Noah McMillan to capture the win. The left fielder socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Skyliners ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Matt showed what he's made of," said New York manager Dan Danielson.

New York goes to 8-7.
