Mobile Tops Iceland Again, 5-1
The Mobile Monsters got a strong performance from pitcher Zee-loo Fan, who stymied the visiting Iceland Aurora en route to a win, 5-1, in Game 2 of the Atlantic Series. The Aurora could never get a bead on the left-handed Fan, who threw 7.2 innings allowing 1 run. The Monsters now hold a 2-0 in the best-of-7 series.

The Monsters had to work out of trouble in the top of the ninth. The score was 5-1, Mobile, with one out. Iceland, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Serge Migin dug in at the plate, but on a 3-0 slider, he popped out.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Mobile Park in Mobile.
