Aurora Lose to Lions in Walk-Off
A 3-RBI performance from Jan Danielsson helped the Paris Lions beat the Iceland Aurora, 5-3. The win was credited to Iiro Mikkola in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Ewan Moore took the loss. At 2-0, the Lions have played well so far.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Paris trailing 3-2, Danielsson jumped on a cutter from 33-year old right-handed pitcher Justin Corey and hit a 3-run home run to left. With one swing, the Lions had a walk-off win.

Paris manager Dan Danielson called it "a good, solid win."
