Stars Slap 6-1 Loss on Lions
The Los Angeles Stars picked up a win at Paris Municipal Park, knocking off the Paris Lions, 6-1. Starting pitcher Adam Scali played a key role in the triumph. With the win, Los Angeles upped its record to 15-6.

Los Angeles won the game in part because of Vassily Elihov. The catcher ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Stars ahead, 4-0. For the game, Elihov had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Elihov said.
