Williams Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Onomichi Friday, June 3rd , 1955 The Onomichi Fishers were no match for Nate Williams of the Osakikamijima Ferriers. Williams totally shut down and shut out Onomichi at Team Stadium as Osakikamijima cruised to a 6-0 win. In the 9-inning effort, he gave up 9 hits, struck out 3, and walked 2. So far this year, Williams has compiled a 4-2 record with a 2.75 ERA. |
