No Playoff Berth Coming for Paris Sunday, August 7th , 1955 The Paris Lions quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 1955. "It feels bad," said Lions closer William Kelly, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." Paris hasn't yet made it to the postseason. They haven't made the playoffs in all 4 years of their history. |
