Djukanovic Selected Player of the Week Monday, June 29th , 1953 It was an extraordinary week for Vuk Djukanovic of the Podgorica Penguins. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .440, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Yugoball. Last week Djukanovic went 11-for-25, racked up 2 home runs and 5 RBIs and scored 8 runs.
