Isotopes Not Competitive in 7-0 Loss to Saturn Monday, April 26th , 1999 In an impressive outing, Tim Dorey blanked the Io Isotopes 7-0. "I'm getting a lot more downward movement instead of side to side. That side-to-side stuff can get hit a long way," said Dorey, who is throwing with more of an overhand motion. "It's not rocket science. It was just a little adjustment, but that's all it took." The Saturn hurler held Io scoreless, allowed 3 hits, chalked up 8 strikeouts and yielded 3 walks.
