Washington Technical College Befuddled by Alonso in 5-0 Loss Friday, April 25th , 1952 Thierry Alonso of the Buffalo Junior College Warhawks was firing on all cylinders against the Washington Technical College Giants. The right-hander blanked the Giants, 5-0, on 10 hits, posting 7 strikeouts and surrendering 2 walks. Over the season Alonso has thrown 98 innings and dished out 56 strikeouts with a 11-0 mark and a 1.19 ERA. |
