Fresno Community College Loses McKie, Out 10-11 Months Monday, May 5th , 1952 Quentin McKie could soon be placed on the injured list. The Fresno Community College closer told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 10-11 months because of a torn labrum. He hasn't played since 05/01/1952 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." McKie has 14 relief appearances this season with 2 saves. McKie has also compiled a 3-1 won-lost mark with a 3.32 ERA. In 43.1 innings he has fanned 23. |
