Dark Knights Lose to Nebula, 6-3
|
New York shortstop Can Phuc had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Lunar Dark Knights, 6-3. Noe Pereda earned the save for New York, his 3rd of the year. The triumph puts New York at 14-10 for the season.
With New York trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Phuc hit a fastball from Bill Williams for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Nebula ahead, 4-3.
"What's not to like about a win?" said Phuc.
