Dark Knights Thrash Supernovas, 12-2
|
The Lunar Dark Knights clobbered the Sedna Supernovas, 12-2, at Supernova Stands. Leading the onslaught was Seon-jong Ko. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for Lunar. Dan Mata picked up the win, improving his season record to 4-2. He struck out 5 in 7.1 innings. Sedna has now lost 4 straight.
Alex Cardenas hit a bases-clearing double off Jose Reyes in the top of the third, which put the Dark Knights in front, 4-2. In addition to the double, Cardenas had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 4.
"We'll keep riding this wave as long as we can," said Dark Knights manager Jim McLovin.
