The Mobile Monsters topped the Paris Lions, 5-3, in Trans-Oceanic Baseball Association action at Paris Municipal Park. The standout performance belonged to Mobile pitcher and Panchiao, Chinese Taipei, native Wei-qian Le. Emilio Carrera notched his 1st save in 1 chances. The setback makes Paris 28-37.

Matt Ward provided a timely hit. The Mobile pinch hitter delivered a run-scoring triple in the top of the 12th inning to put the Monsters on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"Sometimes winning takes more than 27 outs," said Monsters manager Dan Danielson.
