Aurora Take Down Stars, 1-0
The Iceland Aurora used a top-flight performance from Hirose Inouye, who is tied for 5th in the TOBA in innings pitched with 118.0, to beat the Los Angeles Stars, 1-0, in 10 innings. Omar Cespedes, credited with the win in relief, is now 2-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2.1 innings. Iceland, at 35-23, is 5 games up in the Trans-Oceanic Baseball Association East Division.

Iceland used the timely hitting of Cameron Cichetti to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Aurora on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"I went out and just tried to do my job," said Inouye.
