Stars Even With Aurora After Home Win
The Los Angeles Stars took down the Iceland Aurora by the score of 3-1 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the Wildcard Playoff. The largest share of the credit belongs to Los Angeles starter Theodor Brown, who threw 8.0 innings of 7-hit ball.

Clay Austen hit a 2-run triple off Juan Flores in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Stars in front, 3-1. In addition to the triple, Austen had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.

"Theodor was hitting his spots and everything had life," said Los Angeles manager Dan Danielson.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Stars Stadium in Los Angeles.
