TCB Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Sunday, August 10th , 1958 Roland Knight was dominant and cool under pressure this year, and his standout performance has earned the Lisbon Maples starting pitcher recognition as the 1958 TOBA Class B Reliever of the Year Award. "I was just doing my job, and my job is to get people out," said the 28-year-old out of Moseley, Virginia. The award winner made 32 relief appearances this year and had 13 saves. He fanned 37 batters in 45.1 innings, with 13 walks. He pitched to a record of 5 wins and 3 losses to go with his 2.58 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Jim Sacco of the New York B Pride finished second in voting, while Clark Baehler of the Paris B Wreckers finished third.
