TOBA Class C Champions Crowned Friday, July 31st , 1953 The Iceland C Cyclones may have had some doubt about how their regular season would end, but the team has prevailed to win the TOBA Class C. "When it's that close down the stretch, you start to worry and wonder if you can actually win the division," said center fielder Jens Fox. "We always believed in ourselves, but in the back of our heads that doubt was always there." The Cyclones have a 46-35 record and the division title is their 1st. Team owner The owner of the Iceland C Cyclones said his team "stayed tough" all season and that led to their success. |
