Top TCR Reliever Honored Thursday, August 18th , 1955 He may only be 20, but Richard Cluff of the Lisbon R Raptors has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the TOBA Class R. The reliever was today named the TCR Reliever of the Year Award winner for 1955. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 3 saves in 10 relief appearances and 17 strikeouts in 20.1 innings. He had a record of 2-0 to go with his 1.33 ERA. He received 8 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Kyle Anderson of the Mobile R Skeeters finished second in voting, while Josh Sleeper of the Sicily R Saxons finished third.
