Legowski Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Kharkiv Saturday, July 5th , 1958 Zedorik Legowski kept the Kharkiv Ducks hitters from doing much damage at Pelicans Park. Kharkiv could only muster 5 hits and draw 4 walks against the right-handed Legowski, who controlled them throughout the game. Warsaw won the contest, 7-0. Legowski added 3 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Legowski told reporters after the shutout win.
