No Playoff Berth Coming for Warsaw Monday, July 13th , 1953 The 1953 Eastern Bloc Baseball season has a ways to go still, but the final weeks won't have playoff implications for the Warsaw Wizards -- they were officially eliminated from postseason contention today. The Wizards are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team also missed qualifying for the postseason last season. |
