Semchenko Muzzles Budapest Bats Sunday, May 18th , 1952 Kyiv Mules pitcher Fjodor Semchenko did his job to perfection, blanking the Budapest Brewers at Pavlodar Stadium. He scattered 5 hits while striking out 4 in the 5-0 shutout. "All I did was not allow any runs," he joked after the game. "I mean, technically, that's what they pay me to do, right?"
