"Nehemiah was just locating so well and using his pitches," Emden manager said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Owens recorded 3 strikeouts and 4 walks in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Norden manager said in postgame comments to BNN. "We couldn't get a key hit off him." Owens has a 3-3 season record so far.
