New York A-Providence A Fight Results in Suspensions
Wednesday, May 7th , 1952
After an intense confrontation, both the Big Stick Chad Reardon and the Pilgrims Yong-ho Kim were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent New York A-Providence A game. Chad Reardon will miss 3 games, while Yong-ho Kim was suspended for 7 games.
"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Chad Reardon commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."
