The 15-year-old hurler pitched a 8-hit shutout to help the North Central High School Timber Rattlers beat Sleepy Hollow High School, 21-0. In the process, Thorpe struck out 5 and walked 2. Thorpe has gone 4-1 this season with an ERA of 1.85 and 34 strikeouts in 48.2 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .276 against him. |
