Braithwaite Hit Streak Soars to 20 Games Monday, March 30th , 1953 Devin Braithwaite's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 3-for-6 in his team's 12-6 triumph over the Detroit Secondary Comets at Dinos Stadium. The 15-year-old first baseman has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Dinos. Devin Braithwaite grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
