Rios Grabs NAHS Reliever of the Year Award Wednesday, April 28th , 1954
He may only be 15, but Jason Rios of the Boston Central High School Saints has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the North American High Schools.
The reliever was today named the NAHS Reliever of the Year Award winner for 1954.
He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 5 saves in 16 relief appearances and 14 strikeouts in 23 innings. He had a record of 3-0 to go with his 1.96 ERA.
