Aaron James Blanks Cancun A&M, 2-0 Sunday, March 27th , 1955 Aaron James of the Bismarck State University Bears was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Cancun A&M Pumas, 2-0. "He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Bismarck State University manager said later. "When Aaron does that, good things happen." The left-hander had 6 strikeouts, 2 walks and allowed 5 hits in the win. James has made 7 starts so far this year and put up a 2-1 won-lost record with a 4.02 ERA. In 47 innings he has allowed 45 hits, walked 26 and struck out 31. |
