Paul Morin of the Eastern New York University Steelers had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 1953.

The 20-year-old center fielder put up a .398 average and a .502 on-base percentage, piling up 70 hits, 21 doubles, 4 triples, 10 home runs, 35 RBIs and 44 runs scored.
